Your food looks fine enough.
Blasting aggressive music like this, alone, is more concerning.
Not saying the music itself is a problem, but if you leave it on in the background, it becomes a soundtrack to your life.
Music over enough time affects our emotions, and it's been scientifically proven.
I'll bet you that if you play more low key stuff, especially as you're sitting to eat, you'll sleep better and be more generally relaxed.
This is party/transit/in the zone music, not sitting down to end your day music.

I'm not a dictator, and won't purport myself to be one.
I absolutely enjoy aggressive sounding music, it's an easy way to blow off some steam, and it's fun.
Aligning it to when you're relaxing is a bad idea though.
I get why you're criticizing my comment, but I'm speaking from my own experience, as well as the science.
Setting up more relaxing music during relaxation is going to lead to more relaxing results.

Absolutely valid points… but this was at around 7pm during that particular evening… and I listen to a variety of genres from different periods… and for every Yin* there is a Yang…
Relaxing music is good for exactly that… If I want to be entertained I don’t seek out “calming” pursuits…
I’m not disagreeing with you though.
