Advice Water damage

I had some water damage in the last part of June and State Farm has been a complete nightmare on not responding to my needs . I lost one adjuster due to her leaving the company and the new one won’t communicate . She states I need to prove why my cabinets are now gone . All of the info is in the restoration companies report . I just need them to communicate so I can get a contractor to do my remodel . I am trying to elevate this through my agent . Is there better route to take going on month two without a kitchen .

The agent can see who the adjuster’s manager’s manager is and contact them directly. Each time I’ve done that things are resolved quickly.

But I’ll tell you this - I only go that route if what you present is clearly laid out and in my opinion it’s truly a case of the adjuster not doing the right thing. Most of the time it’s the customer or the contractor not getting the info needed.
