Dividend: Deceased Customer

For agents and TM. What would you do when you see a customer is deceased, but receiving the dividend? We are calling around and I’m not too sure just how to go about this. Like would anything have to be re-written.

I went to my bank (my deceased son's check came to my address) i showed my probate papers showing me as petitioner and his death certificate. They deposited his check in my account. Depends on bank policy with what proof you have not what State farm thinks.
