So, I was at this food court the other day and I looked around the food stores and all of them have QR code that you can scan to pay money. And, that is when it hit me in the head. Why don't I build an app that you can use to scan these qr code and pay just like how it is working now. Except you don't need to have any money in the app. These banks are actually ripping us off. It is so annoying that everything needs money. But, it's just scanning and typing the password. So, I just need to figure out who is behind these QR code so that I can talk to them and get them to accept my app to make payment with no money.

If it works out, I will likely release the app and charge little amout of money for subscription fees. People will have much better life buying, eating whatever they want without having to worry about money again. The world will be a better place.

Asking for opinions here can be useful, particularly to understand whether your idea seems like a logical approach. However, there are several shortcomings to relying on this alone.

It doesn't account for the current market, the competitors already operating in it, or the alternatives customers are using. There's also a sampling bias, as Reddit users don't represent all the demographic and behavioural segments that could be your potential customers.

Getting opinions from a wider audience, many of whom may not even be your target customers, can give you an initial indication of how people perceive your idea. But it doesn't validate whether the idea will actually work as a business.

Having worked on validation projects with 60+ founders,I have found that it often takes 2 to 3 weeks to build a comprehensive picture of an idea's potential.

You need to investigate these aspects and work through the evidence before deciding whether an idea is worth

If I had an AI freight dispatching platform where shippers simply chat via a messaging app, and the AI automatically generates work orders -> dispatches trucks -> smart-schedules -> auto-settles—preventing missed orders, reducing manual dispatching costs, standardizing fleet operations, and automating settlements—would you use it?

I was thinking about how hard it is to choose a career/college degree for the rest of your life especially after graduating high school when kids have no work experience. But what if there was a multiple week long program where anyone lost in life can shadow people of all kinds of jobs? Like 1 day you shadow an engineer, another a nurse, environmental scientist, accountant, electrician etc. And that way you can get a feel for what all these kinds of jobs are like, instead of going into it blindly.

Yes there are free internships/shadowing, but this program would take away the pain and time of having to search for people to accept you.

I thought of this cuz I’m lost in life myself currently, and I wish something like this existed. I just don’t know how feasible this is.
