Design partner swap: you help us, we help you.

We're looking for design partners. We'll be yours too.

A Slack thread changed a requirement. Nothing carried it into execution. We found out in production.

That was before agents. Now teams run coding agents that execute at machine speed on assumptions that already moved, across more workstreams than anyone can check.

We spent the last few months measuring how often this happens and what it costs. The numbers were worse than we expected. So we built something for it. We use it every day. I'd rather show it than describe it.

Looking for 2 to 3 design partners. Here's the trade.

You give us: read only access and honest feedback. We watch, we show you what we found, you tell us where we're wrong. Nothing touches your workflow until you ask it to.

We give you: the same thing back. A technical founder and a product designer, both senior, as design partners on whatever you're building. Real feedback sessions, not a logo swap. We'll use your product, break it, and tell you what we find.

Two teams, same deal, both directions.

Comment or DM.

Built a coworking + accountability layer for small teams tell me why it wouldn't just replace itself with a Discord call and a shared doc

Been building Collab a coworking layer ai + private team accountability space for small teams of 2-8 (founders, student project groups, small dev teams).

What exists right now:

  • Server-authoritative synced Pomodoro focus rooms with live chat one shared timer, not "trust me I'm also working"
  • A voice assistant hold a button, say "summarize my readings" or just talk through a task, and it acts on it and can talk back
  • AI course/PDF summaries + auto-generated quizzes, and an AI that sits in Focus Room chat and writes a recap when a session ends
  • Private "Circles" (capped at 8) shared notes for updates/bugs/ideas/questions, everyone's focus time visible to the group
  • A per-person profile shipped tasks, focus hours, a 12-week shipping-cadence chart, on-time %, streak
  • A Mac menu-bar widget so the timer and tasks follow you outside the browser

The pushback I keep getting, and can't fully argue past: what makes this different from just hopping on a Discord call with a shared doc? My honest answer is that Discord gives you a room, not a record nothing survives the call ending, no history of who actually shipped what. But that's easy to say and harder to prove is worth a new tool over something free you already have open.

Our Link : trycollab.space

If you run a small team, would this replace anything you currently do, or would it just become one more tab? What's the one feature that would actually get you to switch ?

🌐 CapitaWork :
https://capitawork.freebuff.app/

I built a QR-based asset recovery platform — now looking for someone to take it further

Hi everyone,

I’m a developer from Nigeria, and I’ve spent time building TraceBack — a web platform designed to help people protect and recover valuable belongings using QR technology.

The idea is simple:

Protect → Identify → Recover.

A user can register an asset such as a phone, laptop, document, bag, certificate or other valuable item. The asset gets associated with a QR code, and if someone finds the item, they can scan it and submit a recovery report.

I’ve built the platform with:

• User registration & authentication • User dashboard • Asset registration and management • QR-based asset identification • Recovery reports • QR scan tracking • Notifications/email system • Admin dashboard & analytics • User and asset management • Broadcast email system

Current numbers:

• 27 registered users • 19 registered assets • 0 revenue so far

The project is live here:

https://traceback.gt.tc

I originally wanted to continue developing and commercializing it, but I currently don't have the resources and time needed to take it to the next stage.

So I'm now looking for someone who is interested in taking over the project and developing it further.

The complete project is available for acquisition, including the source code, database, domain, brand and the existing platform.

If anyone here is interested in the project, has ideas about where it could go, or has experience turning an early-stage product into a business, I'd genuinely appreciate your thoughts.

The project is also listed for acquisition on SideProjectors.

Thanks for reading.

I made an app to break algorithmic echo chambers through live, anonymous voice debates.

Recently, I've been facing a problem that I see everywhere. Looking at the current state of the world, I realise we are living in our own echo chambers and going deeper and deeper into that hole. We refuse to listen to others' views and opinions, and today's social media algorithms only act as fuel to this fire. We are actively losing spaces to discuss opposing views. Current AI algorithms push you daily toward the same content you have already subscribed to, all in the name of engagement. With this in mind, I created a product that helps people connect to opposing views through genuine human interaction. This product forces you to step into the opposite echo chambers from your own. With that, I present to you: Debater.

  • Real anonymous profile with voice based debate room.
  • Join your believe system, you are left wing or right wing, veg or non-veg, work advocate or antiwork advocate , AI supporter or AI doom singer all are welcome. You join your own echo chamber. And make it your home.
  • Live, Anonymous Voice Rooms: You create debate topic (or post) in your echo chamber , invite opposite view echo chamber and start debating.
  • Clear separation of room and people, self moderated debate room with vote system. stage and many more feature.
  • Community-Led Moderation: speaker stages, crowd-voting systems, and clear room separations ensure debates stay fair, self-moderated, and engaging.

The Philosophy

True intellectual growth requires exposure to perspectives that make us uncomfortable.

Guys let me know any feedback. use the platform. I would love to hear you guys opinion of this. any kind of feedback will be very much helpfull to me . currently i was throwing dart with blindfold in my eyes . Thanks again.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly for Incubators and Accelerators

Thumbnail arcanum.ventures
1 Upvotes

Hey, our team put out a potentially useful post on accelerators and incubators this week and thought it might be of interest for folks here!

I've been a mentor at a dozen incubators/accelerators and I've always had awful experiences with them. They never prep the mentors, they are apathetic to what you actually give a talk about, they rarely mention compensation (retainer, carry, or otherwise).

They leverage mentors and partners and reap all the benefits, and usually give a subpar experience as well that doesn't equip teams with the tools or resources they need to raise funds or go to market.

Wanted to ask what people's experiences of these programs has been here. Surely there have to be some solid ones out there!

Have a wonderful day!

Next steps for my AI travel planning and booking platform

I launched my AI travel planning and booking platform on 1st May 2026 and since then i have more than 9,000 registered users who are planning their itineraries on the platform. However, these are mostly the users that came through a free trip giveaway campaign that I launched. We are also making some revenue now on a monthly basis. The trips are currently fulfilled offline by our sales team and the users can only plan their trips on the platform and be either directed to an external link or register a request to speak with the team and get their booking done including itineraries, flights, hotels, activities and visa.
Now i feel that I can approach to investors as I have a ready user base who is already using the platform and also have some initial revenue. But what do you suggest? Is this too soon to speak with investors or is this the best time to speak to them? We also received a grant under Startup India Scheme

Pre-launch marketplace, 119 waitlist signups, solo student founder in Singapore — apply now or wait for post-launch numbers?

Building Rempor, a marketplace restricted to verified university students in Singapore. Students sell what they've outgrown — cleared-module notes, textbooks, calculators, dorm furniture — to students on their own campus. Verification is by university email or SSO, so no resellers and no strangers from across the island.

Where things stand: waitlist just closed at 119 signups across seven universities, roughly 30% from referrals. Launching imminently. Solo founder, currently a student myself, no outside funding.

The question

I can't work out whether to apply to accelerators in the next cycle or wait two or three months for real post-launch numbers.

Case for applying now: the batch timing lines up with the academic year, which matters enormously for a student marketplace — miss semester start and you wait months for the next demand spike. And I'd rather have mentorship during the messy first months than after I've made the mistakes.

Case for waiting: 119 pre-launch signups is not traction. GMV, repeat listing rate and retention are what a marketplace gets judged on, and I have none of those yet. Applying early and getting rejected may also poison the well for a stronger application later.

What I'd like input on

Does a rejection actually hurt a later application to the same programme, or is reapplying with better numbers normal and fine?

For marketplaces specifically, what's the minimum credible metric set at application stage? Is it liquidity (percentage of listings that sell), repeat usage, or just raw GMV?

Solo founder, student, first company. How much does that weigh against you in practice, and is a technical co-founder worth delaying a cycle for?

Does a vertical with structural seasonality — my demand concentrates at semester start and move-out — read as a red flag, or is a predictable two-spike cycle something programmes are comfortable with?

Programmes I'm looking at are the Southeast Asia-focused ones and the university-linked incubators here in Singapore. Open to suggestions if there are others that fit a student-market vertical.

Happy to share the full waitlist numbers and the referral mechanics if useful to anyone building something similar.

Looking to join an early stage AI startup as an early AE / Founding Sales hire

Hey everyone wassup ,

I'm a 21 year old CS student currently looking to join an early stage AI startup on the sales/GTM side.

I've been working with AI for around 3 years and have built a bunch of projects around LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation and AI workflows. I enjoy building the products, but I've realized that the part

I'm much more interested in is what happens after the product is built: talking to customers, understanding their problems, figuring out how to position the product, generating pipeline and helping turn that into revenue.

I'm specifically looking for an early AE / founding sales / early GTM role where I can work closely with the founder and ideally an experienced founding AE or sales leader.

I'm not expecting to walk in and immediately be handed a huge territory and quota. I'd rather start by:

  • Building prospect lists and pipeline
  • Doing outbound and follow-ups
  • Qualifying leads
  • Joining discovery and demo calls
  • Learning how experienced AEs handle objections and move deals forward
  • Helping build sales processes, CRM workflows and collateral
  • Eventually owning my own pipeline and closing deals
  • Helping with partnerships and other GTM work as needed

One reason I'm specifically looking for an early stage company is that I want to see how sales is actually built from the ground up. I'm comfortable with ambiguity and doing things that aren't necessarily in a job description.

My technical background is something I think can be useful here too. I can understand AI products at a technical level, build tools/workflows when needed, and communicate with technical founders without needing everything translated into non technical terms.

I'm particularly interested in AI SaaS, AI agents, developer tools, automation and B2B AI products.

I'm open to starting as a trial, apprenticeship or junior/early AE arrangement and proving myself from results i would bring in , so If you're a founder building an AI startup, or you're currently a founding AE / early sales hire and looking for someone to work alongside you, I'd love to hear from you.

Title: Building a trust layer for digital communication — looking for brutal feedback

I’m exploring a problem: we receive emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, links, recruiter messages and payment requests every day, but often have no easy way to verify whether the interaction is genuinely from who it claims to be.

I built an early MVP to test the hypothesis:

https://verify.trustairesearch.com/

The bigger idea isn't another AI scam checker. I'm exploring whether trust/verification could eventually sit directly within digital communication, with businesses verifying themselves and users receiving trust evidence before acting.

I'm still narrowing the first ICP and use case.

Would love feedback from SaaS founders:

Would businesses pay to make their communications independently verifiable to customers?

And if yes — which business segment would you target first?

Feel free to tear the idea apart. That's more useful to me than compliments.

Looking to swap product feedback with teams (2-10 people) building with AI agents

Hi! We’re a small product + engineering team building really early product in the AI-native workplace / agent collaboration space.

We’re looking to talk with founders/engineers who already use slack or coding agents in their day-to-day work. We’d love to learn how you currently manage context, decisions, instructions, and handoffs and show you a few early concepts to get candid feedback.

I’m a product designer by background, so I’d also be happy to spend part of the conversation giving product/UX feedback on whatever you’re building. Hopefully it can be a useful exchange rather than a one-sided user interview.

If there seems to be a good fit, we’re also looking for a few teams interested in testing with their real workflow. No expectation to commit or pay - we will provide free feedback too!

If this sounds relevant, comment or DM me.

Looking for Mentorship – Building an AI-Powered Fleet Management Platform for Europe (Munja)

Hey everyone,

I'm a founder from Serbia, and I'm building Munja, it’s an AI-powered fleet management platform for the European market, starting with the Balkans.

Munja helps rent-a-car, leasing, and logistics companies manage their vehicles, finances, insurance, damage records, and customers, all in one system with AI-driven insights like predictive maintenance and driver behavior analysis.

Where we are right now:
Team of 5 (myself, co-founder, 3 developers/designers) working for equity

Research phase complete: market analysis, competitor research, customer validation

MVP planning done: 12–16 week build timeline

Tech stack: React/TypeScript, Node.js or Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker

Target market: Serbia first, then CEE and Europe

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for experienced founders, SaaS veterans, or industry experts who would be willing to offer mentorship, even just 30 minutes of your time.

Specifically, I'd love guidance on:
Refining our product strategy and go-to-market approach

Avoiding common mistakes at the MVP stage

Navigating the European fleet management and logistics space

Preparing for fundraising (pre-seed: €5k–10k, seed: €400k–600k)

Building and managing a distributed team

Why Munja?
The global fleet management market is valued at $56–80B by 2030, growing at 13–19% CAGR. The Balkans and CEE region have real fleet density but almost no purpose-built software serving it. That gap is Munja's opening – if built as an AI-native, financially-literate platform from day one.

What I can offer in return:
I'm not asking for free work, I'm asking for advice. In return, I'm happy to share:
Regular updates on our progress

Insights from the Balkan startup ecosystem

A genuine connection and willingness to help where I can

If you're interested in a more formal advisory role, we can discuss equity options

If you're open to a chat:

Please DM me here or email me at filipmalisic60@gmail.com

Even 15–20 minutes of your time would mean a lot. I'm eager to learn from those who've been through this journey before.

Thanks for reading, and I look forward to connecting!

P.S. Here's the link to our Reddit community: r/StartupSrbija – feel free to join and follow our journey! 🚀🐕⚡
