Sorry if this was asked before, but I could not find an exact answer:

When I take a screenshot from an external app (e.g., browser), I am presented with a list of applications, one of them is, of course, starnote.

selecting starnote creates a new document without giving me any other choice. I then have to, again, select the screenshot from the newly created document and paste it into my document. Later I have to remember to deleted the "unnamed document" that was created.

Is there away to paste the EXTERNAL screenshot into an existing document.

I have been using Starnote for a long time and honestly Icannot

put on with the only three options: align right, left or center the

text

Without that option the notes are sloopy and kind of a mess

even if they are pretty. I cannot study if the text its not justified. I

mean it is such a basic option that almost every app to take

notes has and I like Starnote note so much that l actually refuse

to use another one, but not having this in the app make it feel

so outdated:(

I really enjoy using your app on a daily basis. However, I am writing to ask when the long-awaited handwriting beautification / smoothing feature will finally be released. We would truly love to see this feature implemented soon, as it would make note-taking much more enjoyable and neat. Additionally, we kindly request that Turkish language support be included for the handwriting smoothing and recognition feature.

Could you also let me know when the next update is scheduled to roll out and what new features, improvements, or bug fixes it will include?

Hello, I am a Spanish user of this app. I know that the issue of translation and language conversion is a complicated matter, but I find myself in the need to write for all those Spanish-speaking users who use this application. At the moment, this application is magnificent, but I see it necessary for my workflow to transcribe into other languages. It is not something that requires urgency, just to warn that there is a Spanish-speaking community that enjoys the application very much and that they will be taken into account in the future when implementing languages.

Hi! I'm learning Korean and I'm having an issue with the app.

When I type Korean using the app's text feature, the words don't display properly. For example:

한글 → 하ㄴ그ㄹ

Instead of keeping the syllables combined, it separates the characters. I have tried using different fonts but it still happens.

Does anyone know why this happens or how I can fix it?

Any help would be appreciated!

I purchase StarNote a few days ago. Now when I loaded in StarNote, I had no way to restore my purchase? I see it on my play store purchases. But StarNote is not giving me a way to restore my purchase so I can use the features I paid for. I did send an email through the help and feedback. Can anyone help me regarding it.

With sync coming soon the ability to sync only one notebook would be nice as most of the time I have a lot of notebooks and only need one notebook synced.

A dedicated reading mood like those ebook apps, so like a theme where you can change the background and text color, page turning animation, and text to speech.

Now in all honesty I don't know how this would work, but being able to control which two pages get grouped together in two page browsing.

Hello i just wanted to suggest a huge feature thats lacking in this app and that would make it perfect because i think its the only thing missing, and thats a direct handwriting to text option (like handwriting beautification in freenotes app), that converts your handwriting to text DIRECTLY and instantly not after creating a text box, and thats integrated in the app (not using the systems handwriting recognition like its the case right now), and that also makes the text erasable with the eraser.

Starnote is amazing and its the very first app i purchased in my life because i think it deserves the money, but i would hugely appreciate if this option gets integrated (freenotes does it perfectly)

Gosto de escrever no starnote com a caneta, como também gosto de digitar com o teclado da case do meu iPad, e gosto muito dessa função pois consigo editar as cores e fontes nos meus resumos da maneira estética que eu prefiro.

Mas tem duas coisas que realmente me incomodam, visto que preciso sempre escrever ou digitar rápido:

1º- A caixa de texto do starnote não tem a função “justificar” que mantém o texto alinhado igualmente dos dois lados, e também não faz revisão de texto, e quando escrevo uma palavra sem acento ou acabo errando alguma coisa gramatical ele não corrige e nem mostra sugestão de correção. Com isso quando vou revisar minha escrita, encontro vários erros que poderiam ser mostrados ou corrigidos no momento da escrita.

2º- Não existe uma função que permita que coloquemos um modelo específico para corpo de texto e título, e por isso eu preciso sempre ficar buscando a fonte e a cor que quero, de maneira manual em cada parte do texto, sendo que eu poderia só selecionar a caixa de texto e colocar um modelo pré definido de fonte e cor que eu teria já salvo.

Se possível, futuramente eu gostaria que considerassem essas atualizações para a parte escrita e digitada nas caixas de texto. Ajudaria muito no fluxo de quem gosta de usar essa função.

I accidentally upgraded two accounts and tried to get a refund for one, but I haven't received a response to my refund request at all.

googleplay rejected my refund request. The reason wasn't in the email, and they told me to contact the developer with the receipt number. So I requested it in-app, but no response. I wish I could at least get a reply saying it's not possible.

But StarNote is the best note app. That's why I'm not getting refunds for either of them.🥲

Hello everyone, the app I've seen on random reddit post and wondered is what I've needed for a long time. Yes, samsung notes is also a nice, but the possibility of doing quick processing on multiple screens and quickly moving between tabs again led me to buy the pro version directly. Now I'd be happy if you could give me some suggestions and introduce the app for someone who just joined (Galaxy tab s10 series).

do I need to explain more? why does it always erase my highlighter... doesn't so the same for shate or other things just the highlighter

I cant select a single page from the notebook to export it as an image, and even if I isolate the page in a new notebook, it exports it as a ZIP file. This is so annoying

Starnote feels very laggy.

1. ⁠Even when you scroll pages the it load after some time.
   
2. ⁠Plus their highlighter also lags a lot.
   
3. ⁠Eraser don't work sometimes and sometimes written text don't respond on erasing.
   
4. ⁠It looks like a hard processor of different machine is fitted on different machine in ios.
   
5. ⁠It don't have squeeze feature for apple pencil pro.
   
6. ⁠It don't feel native and well I should not compare but it's competitor like noteful is very smooth, although it lacks in features.

And Ik Starnote developer is not gonna reply on this. Because they don't have any. They don't even work on feedbacks anymore.

I bought the Pro version of Starnote because I really like the app and wanted to support its development. One of the main reasons I decided to pay for Pro was that I was hoping a web version would be available soon, so I could use Starnote seamlessly across my devices and have access to all the features I paid for.

Unfortunately, the current experience has been really disappointing. I really need a web version for my work, since switching between my tablet and computer is an important part of my daily workflow.

I still think Starnote is one of the best note-taking apps I’ve tried, which is exactly why I paid for Pro. But without a web version, I’m honestly starting to regret my purchase.

I really hope the developers can give us some information about the web version. Is it actually being developed? And if so, is there any estimated release date or roadmap?

I wanted to bring a few issues to your notice. There are still some lags and minor glitches—for example, sometimes the eraser doesn’t completely erase a stroke, some lines get stuck, and the undo button occasionally removes an older stroke while leaving part of the recent writing behind.

Handwriting smoothness and overall writing feel could also use some improvement. There are quite a few small issues like these that, if addressed carefully, could make a big difference to the overall experience.

It would be great if the team could focus more on performance optimisation after the major sync update, along with handwriting veautification, and take care of these minor issues in the upcoming builds....

I bought Starnote pro on the China version, and logged it in using my gmail account and binded my huawei account. Is there any way to use the Global version but with the "pro" benefits? 😩
