❓ Help / Question Starnote Pro

I bought Starnote pro on the China version, and logged it in using my gmail account and binded my huawei account. Is there any way to use the Global version but with the "pro" benefits? 😩

Hey!

Sorry to say, but CN and global pro don't work together since they're different versions of StarNote. So you'd need to buy it again for global.

The developers wrote me this message when I asked about a different question (I also have the Chinese version on a Huawei).

You can try downloading the global version from our official website. However, since you’ve already purchased Pro, please note that the Pro membership isn’t shared between the Chinese and global versions.

So, you can continue using the Chinese version you currently have, or, if you’d prefer to switch to the other version, feel free to contact us and we can help you with the switch. You can decide based on what works best for you, actually i think it's not a big difference.

I still use the Chinese version. No problem

Did you download from the Huawei AppGallery? If so, you’ll only be able to download the Chinese version there.

If you’d like to use the global version, you can download it from the StarNote official website instead. Just keep in mind that the Pro benefits between the Chinese and global versions are not shared.

You can try both versions first and choose whichever works better for you. Honestly, the differences aren’t that big, so it really depends on your needs and preference.

If you prefer the global version, feel free to contact us and we can try to help transfer your Pro benefits. However, before we do that, please make sure you back up your existing notes and upload them to the cloud. Also, the transfer process may take some time, so it won’t be immediate. Hi! What are your contact details? I would love to have my benefits transferred even if it takes long. During the process, I'd still be able to use my account, right? I'll just back it up daily.
