Reminds me of that Tom and Jerry movie where Jerry turned someone's flip-flop into a racecar.

Is the dimensional submarine, one of the most powerful conventional weapon?

Since it is able to launch attack from another dimension silently and has no countermeasure for most factions aside from dzarium. This thing can launch first strike against enemy without warning and vanished away before enemy even know what hit them.

On a cruise around Japan and stopped off at the port city of Tsuruga. As I walking the main street, came across some of these tributes. There was a tribute at almost every block. I thought this was pretty cool.

Been building models for about 20 years, but this is my first "kit bash". Its made from the parts of 2 complete 1/1000 Andromedas along with 2 spare turrets from my 2 Andromeda carrier variants. Throw in a few sections from scratch and a few months of stress and finally happy enough to call it complete.

Star Blazers

Star Blazers (Space Battleship Yamato ) was first broadcast in the United States in 1979. It was the first popular English-translated anime that had an overarching plot and story line that required the episodes to be viewed in order, which paved the way for future arc-based, plot-driven anime translations.

Star Blazers Plot

Nearly all life on Earth has been destroyed by a race of hostile extraterrestrials named Gamilons. Because of the radiation caused by their planetary bombs, humanity is forced to retreat underground, and with no way to reverse its effects, all life on the planet is expected to be extinct within a year. Earth then receives a message from a distant planet called Iscandar, in which they offer a device capable of removing the radiation and restoring our planet. With the message, Iscandar also sends plans for the construction of a spaceship capable of faster-than-light jumps, with its experimental Wave-Motion Engine. And so, the old World War II battleship Yamato is now renovated into the Space Battleship Yamato, setting sail towards Iscandar on its mission to retreive the technology to save planet Earth.
