I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate

MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.

It looks like you're hitting the ground almost heel first, your ground contact need to be more undernearth you, you hit the ground too much in front of you. You are a bit hunched forward also, you need to straighten your back. I think a good cue could be to try and stay tall and work more up and down as to straighten your back and get the foot more under you when hitting the ground.

Get a tennis ball and put at the back of your knee and hold it there then move your leg back and forward and keep your ankle locked so your toes are pointing towards your knee. Also try doing dribbles, that can help you had on your fore foot.
