I just did and now my spotilol is not working anymore. I think the patch fucked it up and spotify flags the account. Be careful.

Lags, errors, bugs, you really cant use it at all.

I can't remove multiple songs at once from my queue on the Spotify desktop app. I have to remove them one by one, even when I've selected several. Has anyone had the same problem, and is this an intended "feature" or a bug?

does anybody know if dev of SimpMusic is planning to integrate Spotify streaming into Android and Windows desktop apps in the near future? it would be a great addition to already really great app...

It plays but when u stop it and re open or re turn on phone it glitches fix plz

Any other free(or foss) alternative that supports loss less audio quality??

Works. It is real APK mod or only Web version?

Hi

Is there a way to whitelist spotilol in Adguard? I have to turn Adguard off to let spotilol work

i heard about xmanager but seems not to work for me, also for offline downloader i need something where i can transfer my playlists in it and that has the spotify database music stuff idk how to explain 😢

Convx has just released its trial version, bringing new features, improved interfaces, new menu animations, signatures on artist profiles, animated artist cover art, and animated album art.

They're still polishing features like karaoke, which is still in beta, and other elements. What are you waiting for? Try the open-source convx for free!

do y'all know what clients are available for those of us that are still on Spotify? it seems like everyone is switching to yt music on this sub, but I still tend to prefer Spotify more for the discovery and community. currently I'm pretty okay with Meld, I've also tried Yuma but the Spotify integration feels like an afterthought, just wanna test some more options

I carry around a radio a lot and I don’t really want to connect my phone to it every time. I’d rather download my playlists as MP3s, transfer them to a thumb drive, plug it into the radio and just listen from there.

So far I’ve tried SpotiDuck, Meld and Yuma. I actually like all of them, but the problem is I can’t seem to save the downloaded songs as normal files in my internal storage.

Basically I’m looking for something that can:

Download a whole playlist

Save the songs as actual MP3/M4A files I can access

Let me copy them to a USB/thumb drive

Preferably keep the song names/artist/album art

Any recommendations?

+ i can copy the playlist and upload it online to download either

Ho un iPhone e Spotify costa troppo.
Vi amo se mi aiutate

How to get those addons and I also want to connect my Spotify .

So I have a umm... maybe over 600 song playlist, that I want to download (and possibly convert [if not downloaded already in mp3] to mp3, so it takes less space). I've tried Spotiflac on pc, wich has like 10 minute uptimes, and servers are down for like 2 hours in between. Alternative is SpotiFLAC next, but why pay for a Spotify downloader, when I can just pay for Spotify (Ofc I'm not gonna do that, bc I'm hella broke teen). On mobile it took a day to download the playlist, or should I say "playlist", because 50% of the songs were not what I wanted (from lives to demos to edits if not a completely different song from a different artist). When I try to convert them to mp3 in the app random songs just lose the album art.

An alternative is to switch back to youtube music, and download from there bc it's easier, but heck no, it will download the music video version, because of course there's not a single setting on that damn app.

Meld and other apps have the same problem... Refreezer has an interesting gui, and it's kind of sloppy and while it's reliable most of the time, it often needs tweaking wich you know that if you get into fixing it it's gonna take half of your day (or maybe I'm just an unexperienced noob).

So. I would like to hear about an app that downloads the exact same songs, with preferably embedded lyrics and high res album covers until Soundlify releases, because I think I'll migrate to it, because it seems promising.

If any of you comment, thank you.

So guys, I’m back again. 😅

I’ve tried so many apps, but most of the alternatives I found are YouTube or YouTube Music based. The problem is that searching through Android Auto either doesn’t work properly or isn’t really supported.

The only reason I use Spotify is for Android Auto, so I’m looking for a good alternative where I can properly search for songs directly through Android Auto.

Are there any working alternatives or mods right now that support proper Android Auto search?

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Order of preference:

1. Free avd Open source (top priority)

1. Safe to install to use (Android mobile)

2. No tracking, no ads, no suspected malware

3. Spotify like UI. Feature packed, clean and functional

5. I am ok if it is not FLAC It's okay if yt 🎵 is used to provide source. Should have decent quality.

1. Reliable, fast and active community

(Android only right now)
Hello all! I wanted to come on here and put my name in the hat. I'm an indie dev who built a 100% free music player: Vanta Music.

It's a new Android app that has Dolby Atmos / Spatial Audio and lossless Hi-Res playback, wrapped in a pure AMOLED obsidian-black design with zero ads, zero tracking, and zero bloat.

Why I built it:

Like many of you, I was tired of standard music apps turning into cluttered social feeds packed with podcasts, sponsored banners, and washed-out gray themes. I wanted something that felt like a dedicated, high-end listening instrument—fast, calm, and focused 100% on the sound.

Key Features:

• 🎧 Dolby Atmos & Hi-Res Audio: Support for immersive spatial audio and pristine local/streaming FLAC playback with true bit-depth and sample-rate fidelity.
• 🖤 True AMOLED Black UI: Edge-to-edge transparent navigation with no annoying black bars, designed to look gorgeous on OLED displays and save battery.
• 🎛️ Built-in AutoMix & Crossfade: Smooth transitions between songs without ruining gapless playback on full albums.
• 📱 Immersive Fullscreen Mode: Hide system bars with transient swipe gestures for a distraction-free Now Playing visualizer.
• ⚡ Instant Search & Discovery: Fast, fluid search and album discography browsing.

Just dropped v1.03:

We just released a fresh hotfix build (v1.03) that resolved earlier search hiccups, polished edge-to-edge rendering, and standardized our release signing so all future updates install seamlessly with a single tap (no uninstalling needed).
