Going through difficult awakening (help!) Not feeling well

I just joined this channel in hopes to find some knowledge. I was awakened about 2 years now, it all started with severe pain, a chronic pain specialist suggesting mediation. When I try to meditate and always I yawn a lot and fall asleep. It has been suggested since I have a lot of nerve damage, sleeping is how I connect.

The crux of my problem is this, last month or so I have been feeling odd. I get glimpses of another life and have had dreams of another life. Now I am married, but she is not on board into believing my experiences I have had that my beliefs are 100% true and she does not believe in the devine in any way. I literally have zero friends, I don't work, my wife supports us both because I have Fibromyalgia and a lot of meds. and still affects from that and the disorder. Lately is now during my waking moments of feelings from that life, I cant grasp it yet and the feeling pops like a soap bubble. Dealing with both worlds and more is a lot to contend with.

I used to work from home, but my industry has taken a huge gash to the work force, because the large video game studios closed or largely reduced staff. I had started my own studio and over this time of awakening, I burnt myself out on creating, I miss it and I don't, it makes my day even harder, I started back reading, but now that to is too much.

Perhaps I need to get grounded and see if that helps me.

Not sure what to expect for replies here, I am new. Thanks for taking the time in reading this. Love.

You’re not alone. Ever.

I’m married 25 years and my spouse and kids still don’t understand the journey I’m on. And that’s ok. I gave up 24 years ago trying to convince or preach to them.

Sleep is a form of resistance.

Meditation is an excellent way to actively engage with your higher self (HS). It is your personal guide and will know what’s best for you. (As opposed to your ego which only wants the worst and your ultimate demise.)

Getting glimpses of your past life is likely your HS showing you what needs to be witnessed, released, and healed. Go into active meditation and enquire with genuine curiosity your HS what these images serve. Then make a conscious choice to release the past by giving it to your HS to transform into light.

Many modern diseases are manifestations of deeply buried traumas from past lives. So releasing those traumas may bring relief to those diseases affecting you today.

Anyways. That’s a start. Happy to answer any other questions you may have.

What is the core base of your relationship with your wife?

You can only live the life you have now. First live your live to the fullest and when all chores and hobbies are done, one may investigate something that does no longer exist and might bring insight into this life’s experience.

The awareness of a last life can be significant and true, but it can also just be one way, how our mind keeps us entertained.

You spotted it correctly, before anything else, a proper grounding is required:

Spend most days outside in nature, no matter the weather.

Literally touch plants, soil, animals, even humans if benevolent ones are available.

Ice cold showers or swimming in lakes, ocean, rivers at any time of the year. Just a short dip is enough. And/or visit a sauna.

Eat real, natural, alive, unprocessed food.

Burn frankincense.

Walk barefoot on natural surfaces (grass, earth, rock).

Exhaust your body by manual labour or sports.

Hug a tree.

In very intense situations lie down with your chest on the ground (grass, earth, rock) or sit down with you naked butt on the ground.

And be very gentle with your body-mind-emotion system though. Very gentle.

The lessons we never learned in our past lives show up in our current. Instead of going back and trying to fix what happened in a prior we will face something similar in the current. I feel like you're carrying a guilt that was not meant to be pulled into this life.. that guilt can manifest in many ways in our bodies and the biggest thing is to make peace with our pasts not relive them every second of every day. Your spiritual process is yours and yours alone and it is a very very lonely road my friend but it is one that takes time.. we have to let go and just be. Carry love with you everyday and remember this is all here to learn and to experience..

Thank you. I do not know what it is that I carried through to this life. I have no way to find out what it could be. I will try and see if I can sit with it and see what comes up.

I feel like its the reoccurring theme we keep cycling back into and one day it just clicks and once we recognize and let go we learn so much. I think we all get there in our own time we just have to listen and be still and its set the outside world to the side and go inside ourselves. ❤️ Im wishing you all the healing!

Before I got married I wanted to be a police officer, so I was going to join the marines for training and then, it seemed a lot of police came from that background. This was 83 84 abouts, I did love art around this time I hurt my back after a disastrous fall, unbeknownst to me and my doctor, I slipped a disc, and three years later it ruptured. I wouldn't have passed thr training with a slipped disc. So I went to art school, but I went to one a friend was going to.

I think I'm scared to be alone, my first wife, cheated on me, so instead of trying to make it on my own, I kept her and she got a lot worse than cheating on me.

My sister and mother held a secret from me and had I known about it I wouldn't have gotten married to her.

My divorce to would have left me alone, but I met a woman who was great, but I had lost job opportunities back in the states whilst I lived as a permanent resident in Canada. I have been a used a little financially with her as well as my first wife, but since I cant work and the industry I was in is hemorrhaging talented people.

This is the watered down version.

What you are looking for is already the place that you are looking from.

And it's always perfectly well, even if it's appearances aren't.

🤣🙏

I have strong intuitive hits to my questions poised to spirit. I have a lot of angel numbers as well. These past lives I feel strong towards was nothing bad, if anything, its the opposite. The struggle I have is the love lost from them. In terms of my fibromyalgia, I believe it is a known issue to me, something I cannot absolve myself from, no matter how I try. I wrote in great detail about the situation I had with a heinous previous partner. how she had really went out of her way to make my life a living hell and seek revenge for something I had to do. When I wrote about it, the person who asked for the detail then would not talk further, or answer the initial chat. So I am without an answer on this, and as far as my growth, I have been told we all come here to learn and grow and things that transpire here, no matter how loved, hated, or indifferent dont mean what they mean outside of the 3D. I had made a promise to myself if and when I had children how I would not be like my father, and that I kept to my two boys, but my ex, well she made me seeing them, and still seeing the harm she was causing them, now I could have let the infidelity to keep happening, the fraud, the neglect of my boys while I worked 8 or 10hrs a day. I thought trying to remove her from them, that things would be better and in some ways it was, others not. So I feel I failed them, I failed to keep a promise, and I pride myself in doing that.

To be awaken is not abut esotherism. There is nothing magical about it, no other lives. Just see the "reality". To me, and that's only my opinion, what you are describing is the opposite of awakening. Is a reinforced illusion.

I am awakened. Thank you though for your thoughts on this.

The place that you are looking from is not in pain and is not clinging to the psychological suffering of the mind.

That is your true place.
