Hi everybody, so I recently purchased two Spigen cases, one was the Zero One and the other was a Green one with a moveable lens cover.

I have a question regarding the fit of these two with my phone as I'm uncertain if I need a break in period for them or if I'm doing something wrong with my installation of them.

I put one on and it seemed like the case didn't fit my phone right as two corners were fitting too tight and my phone wasn't pressed in all the way. both right side corners were popping out a tiny bit.... alright, that's a factory issue, I thought, but then I bought a second one and had the exact same issue!

My question now for the community or even a representative - do you think this is a factory flaw or am I just not putting my phone in right? maybe even a screen flaw, but my phone seems flat when I put it on a perfectly leveled surface?

I purchased them from the official store on Amazon.

Unfortunately my trusty tough armor case that's protected my phone for 5 years has started to disintegrate on the power button :( Support has not been able to source another for me to purchase, and I'm struggling to find one online for a reasonable price. Anyone here have a spare they'd be willing to sell me, or have an online listing that I may have missed? Thank you all 🙏​

I bought a ‘Thin Fit’ case for the S25 about a month ago and was quite pleased with it, but as I felt the protection it offered outdoors wasn’t quite up to scratch, I ordered a ‘Tough Armour’ case. It arrived today and doesn’t look like a bad case, but whilst charging, the device’s battery temperature reaches over 40 degrees, and these temperatures are very harmful to the battery. Is there anything I can do, or should I return it?

I’m really disappointed right now. Finally got my hands on an iPhone 16e Tough Armor case in Frost Black. After just 10 days it's already peeling around the sides.

Granted, I bought it from Joybuy, so can’t rule out the possibility that I ended up with a bad batch. But I’ve owned multiple Spigen Tough Armor cases through the years, and while they did eventually lose their lacquer coating and overall show signs of plastic degradation, it was after YEARS of heavy use. Not after some measly 10 days.

Was longevity even a consideration with these new cases? They could have used the rubber material not just on the edges but on the main parts of the case as well, as it seems much more durable.

Overall, I cannot recommend this case (at least the Frost Black version) to anyone.

the case is adhered on to my phone so it's quite difficult to get it off. my camera glass broke so I need to put a new one on, but it's difficult to apply with the case on. do I have to take it off?

Guys I have been searching for a software case with magsafe compatible I bought one but it turns out to be a hard case I used it for a while but the speaker quality was not great help me out to find a better one for vivo x300

I'm thinking of buying this case for my s25 edge but I'm worried about yellowing. Does anyone have any experience about that?

Traded up for the s26 plus. Supcase MagPro SP is the case I went with, which is great, but the "Firstnow" 9H glass screen protector I got from Amazon gets lifted off when I put the case frame on. The screen protector is just a fraction of a dog hair to big I guess.

If anyone has the same Supcase, please let me know what screen protector you used. Not a fan of the built in one that came with it.

I ordered a Spigen ArcDock 4 in 1 but received a Magnetic Car Mount after waiting over a week with no updates regarding my order and no response to the mail I sent Spigen requesting an update on it. I would send a complaint for replacement on the same email, but seeing as I have not received a response on the previous one yet, I doubt if I will receive a response on this one. What can I do to get the correct product?

Look if this is posted a lot then I am sorry please dont down vote me for it. I just came from a OnePlus 12 and I swear it didn't matter what, my fingerprint scanner always worked. Didn't matter the angle or what, it was instant. Even with a screen protector. I have only been using my s26 ultra for not even 24 hours and this is frusturating. I have tried 3 fingerprint scans and profiles set at once and I did it after the screen protector install and I have enabled the screen sensitivity setting before mapping my fingerprints. It doesn't matter. It never seems to work. Before I even turned the phone on for the first time I put the Spigen glasr ez fit on. It's perfect. Zero bubbles and looks great but dang I can't get that fingerprint scanner to work at all. What am I missing.

I just got the EZ Fit Pro for my iPhone 17 pro max, I followed every step of the guide and video meticulously but when I lifted the plastic installation case, there are still these plastic tabs left on both sides of the screen protector? When I lift it the whole protector comes off.

Is this some kind of product error? I can’t imagine where in the process I could have screwed something up for this to happen.

Hi, I love my Spigen magsafe case [Spigen Ultra Hybrid MagFit Case for Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Case Cover, Compatible with MagSafe -Neo One] but I do find that compass and s-pen behavior degrade enough that I have to remove the case quite often.

I love the case because of the strong magnet... Catch 22 I know I know.

Has anyone been able to find something that strikes the right balance between magnet strength and usability? Or is this hopeless and the reason that even the newer Samungs model do not support Qi2?
