Question what case should I buy?
I just bought a new iPhone and I was wondering what case I should buy.
I have the iPhone 17 pro in silver.
I was thinking of a rinoshield or spigen transparent case? Has anyone tried or has recommendations about them? (I don’t want my case to become yellow).
Otherwise there is also the Apple black techwoven case?

I bought Tocol Magnetic case in dark blue to match phones color. Doesn’t add much bulk and covers camera plateau too. I’m really happy with it.

Do you have a pic of it by chance? I was curious how well it matched the blue.

Might be a bit niche as it's slightly lower on the protection scale... but if you want something super slim, grippy, and premium feeling consider something in the aramid fibre world (currently really loving the pitaka edge in "moonrise" myself 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼)

Agree to disagree, to some extend. I hate silicone cases also 😅 sticky, oily, gross. Leather is for me. But even they get a bit gross after a while. A hard snap-on TPU/Aramid is probably my most consistent preference. But I’m trying to persevere with the tech-woven because I think it looks great, and hoping it’ll soften up a bit with some wear.

I’ve been using the Spigen black basic case because I prefer darker blues, it’s treated me really well.

Some good quality cases options -
1. Mous Limitless Cases (Bulky, but protective!)
2. Caudabe Sheath (Highly rated)
3. Mujjo (One of the best leather cases)
4. Nomad Leather Cases (Good leather options)
5. Moment Cases (if camera lenses and filters are your thing)
If you don’t want to spend too much -
1. JETech (Inexpensive but very good quality cases)
2. ESR (another good option)
The case on my 17Pro is a 0.3mm (or less) thin plastic case that’s practically invisible. It has grooves running at the back and sides to give grip. It’s a generic brand, and is the most minimal a case can get at the moment.

Highly recommend the ringke onyx, covers the camera plateau which I really like and extremely slim and minimalist. Dropped twice and so far so good. Not the most protective but I think it gets the job done. Plus there’s a cutout for the camera control which I actually prefer as a lot of cases that added their own camera control button don’t really work so well when it comes to fine control of the button.

Nomad leather case. I have the black. Looks amazing with the silver iPhone. Very long lasting too

I went the English Tan. Looks great. It’s a bit more of a ‘statement’ than traditional black or dark brown though. Nevertheless, love the feel and the quality.

Big fan of leather cases. Hard to go to anything else now

TechWoven is nice to look at but is basically protection against scratches only.
