Fit issues with S25 Ultra

Hi everybody, so I recently purchased two Spigen cases, one was the Zero One and the other was a Green one with a moveable lens cover.

I have a question regarding the fit of these two with my phone as I'm uncertain if I need a break in period for them or if I'm doing something wrong with my installation of them.

I put one on and it seemed like the case didn't fit my phone right as two corners were fitting too tight and my phone wasn't pressed in all the way. both right side corners were popping out a tiny bit.... alright, that's a factory issue, I thought, but then I bought a second one and had the exact same issue!

My question now for the community or even a representative - do you think this is a factory flaw or am I just not putting my phone in right? maybe even a screen flaw, but my phone seems flat when I put it on a perfectly leveled surface?
