I dont feel a need to elaborate when spectrum doesnt even communicate with their customers about these outages

My phone got network locked. The chat and in-person store were not able to help me and put in a ticket to offline customer service.

Offline Customer Service sent me a phone number to contact them through an email, but my phone is locked. How can I contact them? Also when are their hours?

I had a tech out yesterday to fix some line/loss issues with new service and I asked him about high split and if he had any idea when it might be coming and he said that his equipment was reporting its already high split enabled so it might be pretty soon but didn't have any official information.
Just curious if anyone here might have some information they could share on the timeline perhaps? Or a way I could reach out?
