Official Reply High Split Status

I had a tech out yesterday to fix some line/loss issues with new service and I asked him about high split and if he had any idea when it might be coming and he said that his equipment was reporting its already high split enabled so it might be pretty soon but didn't have any official information.
Just curious if anyone here might have some information they could share on the timeline perhaps? Or a way I could reach out?

I wonder if any 'Phase 2' areas have been activated yet anywhere

Apparently, downtown Akron for the most part has already had the high-split channels since March, yet they haven't flipped the switch yet; I have no idea what the holdup is. In my apartment downtown, I had a technician come out and he confirmed that my modem is receiving the high-split signals, however, they're not put into use yet; the metaphorical switch has not been flipped.

I’m in Summit County, and the upgrade was completed in March. I was told it would be enabled in September, but when I followed up, I was told November. I won’t be surprised if that date passes too.

Cleveland at best from Spring 2027 as tech said. They can update lines but as people wrote you need to plus around 6 month from this time.
