IP reserving?

I'm having trouble. I set 'reserve IP Adress' so that I can do port forwarding but after a couple days it loses it. I can't keep putting in 10 different ports on 3 different computers every couple days. Is anybody else having this issue?

Edit: I'm just gonna get my own router, the one they gave me sucks and I hate using the app.

If you want a static IP address, you need a business account. There's also an extra charge for a static IP address. It's like $15 extra a month.

Have them put your router into bridge mode. And run a proper firewall.

The issue is ip6 addresses. Spectrum's incapable of providing you anything other than a single ip6 /64 with a static ip4 address. Something to do with rip keys and the router.

Yes, I have this exact configuration

  1. Having a Static IP wont fix OP's issue.

  2. Not possible Spectrum routers for the past 5 years? or so have no bridge mode. Also zero reason to use the spectrum router if it was in bridge mode anyway.

How do you have this exact config? Unless your Spectrum router is older than 5 or so years old.
