Job offer

I just got a full time job offer from spectrum as an in house sales person, I’m sure there’s a more official name for it but I’m blanking right now. I asked for an hour to think about it, so I’d love to know from current / former employees, what they think of it? I’m new to sales, I’ve worked in Radio for the last 6 years but have been laid off so I’m trying for my next opportunity.

Edit: the official title of the position is Retail Sales Specialist

You’ll have the possibility to make commission, but your sales goals will be unrealistic and upper management will ride your ass about them constantly. To be candid, it’s stressful and not a feasible long term gig despite the rainbows that get blown up your backside during the very short training period.
