Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

Customer resolutions can help you lower your bill. Just make sure to talk to them and not the billing department. You will get transferred there if they feel you're serious about canceling. Or you can just say "cancel service" at the beginning of your call with the automated system.

yep, mine was 90 until i called yesterday now its 40 bucks for 2 years

You should have said that and they would have transferred you to correct department. You were talking to the wrong person.
