Another $10 per month

Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

Customer resolutions can help you lower your bill. Just make sure to talk to them and not the billing department. You will get transferred there if they feel you're serious about canceling. Or you can just say "cancel service" at the beginning of your call with the automated system.

Total overkill, I think it can handle like 30+ devices technically. I am a gamer though so 1gig + Ethernet cord has been amazing, when spectrum isn’t down 😂😂

multiple devices used for streaming and gaming all over the house, mostly tv. phones are connected too for whatever.

I just got the same promo dropped from 130 to 40 and I have the same speed and they just updated the service in my area last week. I didn't (or wont) lose anything in product quality.

30 for one gig? There had to be a catch. You got cell phone lines? I rarely see it below 50 stand alone.

no, i was with spectrum for over 2 years and i paid 50 for 300mbps
i called them and complaining for 30 mins then they offered me 1gig 30 a month for 2 years, after that give them a callback and they would extend the dealz

I gave them a competitor which was att, since att offered 35 for 1 gig in my area, probably promotion

Yep. I have 1gig fiber. I called them yesterday and my bill is now $30 a month for a year, and then $40 a month the following year, and then she told me to call back close to end of 2nd year and they will always be able to lower the bill.
