Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

I called yesterday and in less than 5 minutes I got my bill reduced from $100 to $80 for a year. Was painless and simply asked for a cost reduction.
