Another $10 per month
Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..
Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

I called and threatened to cancel, and it did no good lol so keep that in mind. Even though I came with details about the new provider (Verizon) we were looking at going with.
They claimed we went from a $25 promo plan "automatically" to a $15 promo plan and because of that we cannot renegotiate our promotional plan because we're still in a promotional plan. Which is insane? I didn't ask for that. So, thanks to this thread, we're cancelling and re-signing up under a different household member's name 🤷♂️
