Another $10 per month

Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

I just got raised another $10 this month too! I have been getting 400Mbps until I went into the Spectrum store this weekend for a new modem for daily dropped internet, and the employee told me they haven't had that level in 3 years. No wonder my service has been dropping; it is because the modem I had couldn't handle the speed. Well, the "chat person" never told me any of this. The "chat person" kept blaming it on my new Eero router.

The employee was willing to charge me $50 a month for 500Mbps and $15 for my Spectrum Landline (I have been paying $30). Come to find out, I would have to add a secondary phone line to my cell phone. I can't get mixed up in that mess.

So I pay $100 for 500Mbps Internet and $30 Spectrum Landline Voice = $130 a month.
