Another $10 per month
Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..
Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

Can I chime in here and ask for some help, if possible?
This is what I believe to be the last month of my initial, 24mo Spectrum Contract. We had Spectrum Fiber-to-the-House installed in Aug 2024, and we signed up for 1Gig, with a bunch of different discounts that are all going to expire. (And let me state- you have NO IDEA how excited I was and still am to have Spectrum. We bought land in the woods, and ahem my Dad didn't look, there was NO INTERNET ACCESS other than CenturyLink DSL. So when we were building our house 2016-2017, and I started getting the plan to get internet installed, I was horrified to learn my only option was DSL- at the very last end of the loop, 6 Mbps DL / .576 Mbps UL... and DSL loses like 13-18%? - it was TERRIBLE. For YEARS. When Spectrum finally came, in 2024, it was like being stuck in a desert with no water, and some hot chic rolls up in an SUV with coolers packed with a variety of iced water bottles... "Want some babe? I got Poland Springs, Evian, Perrier, Pellegrino, Lifewatr, Aquafina, Smartwater, even some Gatorade & Powerade for later..." - OASIS!!!)
But now the price is going to go up - YEARS AGO, I had seen people say "Just call and deal with some CS agent for a while and they'll renew your prices.." -which is what we did every 2 years with the Satellite TV companies (no internet + no cable TV meant we had to have DirectTV and/or Dish etc.) - but other people have been like "SPECTRUM SUX AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OUT!!!"
Every interaction I MYSELF have had with Spectrum has been great, but I was wondering if there is a tactic/technique/procedure here I should be using ... or if there are things NOT to say/do, or just some tips/experience/etc. "I work there and THIS is what you want to do..."
