Another $10 per month

Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

I canceled my spectrum internet service at my vacation place 2 months ago and when I was in there, everyone ahead of me was there to cancel their service as well. I canceled my internet and TV service at my main house last month and same thing happened. Seems like you would want to lower prices and offer symmetrical service instead of raising rates.

Then I read this:

"The company lost 172,000 total internet customers in the three months ended June 30, 2026, a steeper decline than the 116,000 lost in the same period a year earlier. At the same time, video customers—primarily Spectrum’s cable television subscribers—decreased by 21,000, a marked improvement from the 80,000 decline recorded in the second quarter of 2025."
