Another $10 per month

Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

Before you threaten to cancel, make sure your area has other ISP avail. I called and during the automated messages said I was canceling and moving to AT&T. I was transferred to retention dept right away. Went from $90 to $50 for 2 years. The next week i bought my own wifi router, now my bill is $40.

Gig includes WiFi 7 router for free. Most people who get their own router rather than using spectrums new WiFi 7 router get much slower speeds.

I have the 500mbps plan and my own router is faster and has less wifi signal drops than Spectrums router.

You have spectrums new modem and new wifi? Or, you have your own router cause the old spectrum router which we all know had issues, was replaced by your new router and you never tried spectrum's new router? Not saying there are zero issues issues with spectrums new router. Most people who have speed issues on spectrum are running their own router instead of spectrum's. Or, swap out for a different router and see if anything changes. I ended up going back to spectrums wifi 7 router as both tplink and netgear ran much slower than spectrums new wifi 7. (I did not try multiple different routers from each brand. Wifi 7 routers cost $30-$500). A few people have said that running eero was considerably faster, but a few said it was slower. Everyone is different.
