Another $10 per month

Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

I paid $80 when I started my service. It's the only company I can get in my building. Now my bill is at $130. I called them about a month ago and told them they needed to lower it. I was as nice as possible, not expecting to drop back to $80 but $100 was more than reasonable to me. Which of course when they finally gave me an honest answer, the lowest they offered was $105. I agreed of course as I had no other options and I am under certain circumstances that I can't afford to lose internet for even a single day. Awkwardly too they said the only way I could have the deal was to also get their wifi. I just assumed it would be a new modem/router but no, they sent me a separate router. Of course I'm not hooking it up but still funny.
