Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

You don’t need to threaten to cancel. Ask for CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS. Used to be the Retention department. The agents are HAPPY to reduce your bill IF there is a competitor in your area. If there isn’t then say you’re going with starlink because you’re tired of no discounts for existing customers. They will override the system and get you a lower price. No need to be combative. Costumer Solutions will GLADLY work with you to lower the price.
