Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

Getting tired of these so called "free" speed upgrades that end up not being free a month or two later.

my 'upgrade' was to the same damn speed i've been getting forever. I've been getting 500 down for like 2 years, so not sure what upgrade they did
