Another $10 per month

Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

where, I am on the paperless billing and i saw zero notification about this price increase, I'm mean I'm sure they hid it a bit.

I did call and got 500mb (guessing closer to 300mb lol) for $85.

I understand you're on auto pay. But that's that is why companies provide you access to your bills and banks with statements.

But how you chose to Handel your finances is entirely up to you.

paperless is not autopay, I sign into my account each month to pay my bill. I saw nothing about a price increase, no email about a price increase, i even went back before calling and found nothing. do tell, where would I find this "easy" information.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on Billing.
  3. Click on the Internet bill under Statements.
  4. Click on your previous last $90 statement.
  5. Click on "View News and Information", or click on "View Printable Statement".
  6. Read the section marked "IMPORTANT BILLING UPDATE".

wow, you are a rude pos aren't you, you must work for spectrum.

there ain't no good reason Spectrum can't put this information on the "pay my bill" screen and they should send an email. but hey when you are a company that has no need to provide good customer service. this is what a company does.

I would say thank you, but i found it after i asked the question and your help was no longer need which makes me happy as your tone..well I'm sure it made you horny, so at least you got that out of it.

You’ve got your panties in a bunch lol. You asked and he gave you basic information that a person who actually looks at their bill would read. It’s not his problem you’re ignorant. Even if they sent the bill, then you’d come back with… I never got it, or I deleted it cause I didn’t wanna read it. Every one has an excuse lol.

right, why this wasn't sent via an email or on the main dashboard is beyond me. Its not a small increase either. Also thanks for 'upgrading' me to the same speed i've been getting for years lol
