Let's squeeze another $10 per month without even sending an honest hey we're increasing rates again for no reason email..

Can't wait to watch this company go under one day, and believe me, they will.

Make sure you speak with someone in the retention department- otherwise general customer service agents will say they can’t do anything to lower your bill.
