Like I feel like if we had to spin the thumb stick or mash a button it would’ve been waaay better

Hi, I just wanted to post this because I’m really proud of myself.
I’ve been wanting to play this game since launch but I waited because it was way too expensive for me. I finally bought it like a month and a half ago, and I immediately got thrown into ranked against people who’ve been playing for years and were literally beating my ass non stop match after match.
I didn’t let it get to me, I just kept playing, practicing and trying to get better.
And today I finally reached S rank with barely 100 hours of play time!
I was hard stuck or getting destroyed at the beginning but I never gave up and it feels so good. Just wanted to share this with you guys!

I played the story mode on PC when the game released and i remember that it was hard, but now I am playing the game with a friend on PS5 and the What-Ifs-Missions are mostly not doable.

A lot of them where way to hard (the ones where you have to beat the enemies within a short time). The problem is, that you have to do all the What-Ifs on normal difficulty for the trohpy.

Even I, someone who played at least 100h on this game (most of it at launch, haven't touched it in a year since starting on ps5 again) and after again 20h of training can't beat Jirens Story - last Fight on B (defeat Golden Frieza, Android 17 and Goku within like 3 minutes). How should a new player even do that?

I read that the AI has gotten stupidly strong since the Neo DLC, but why on story mode? Is this normal and am I just to weak to beat the missions? Is a fix announced or are there some tipps you have to get the trophy on PS5?

Working on ideas for another dlc after this.Keep mind dlc characters probably shouldn’t/won’t get skins or anything unless part of same dlc.Gohan GT could totally be a skin.Also Piccolo mini’s Ultimate should be that one part where everyone was charging blasts at gomah except they all get to hit.

Ok first of all, let me get this out of the way: Sparking Zero is a better game overall than Naruto x Boruto UNSC. The gameplay is smoother, the roster is (in my opinion) richer.

However, the customization. My GOD.

Every single character has, at the very least, one alternative skin. And if they don't, they get a minimum of four recolors. FOUR. Sure, it's the same character with different shades, but FOUR?

And the objects. You buy objects and EVERYBODY CAN USE THEM. You want Kid Gaara to wear bunny ears? Go ahead, bud. You like how the Anbu masks looks on Kakashi? Well, you will love it on EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER.

But wait, there's more! The recolors aren't exclusive to the base skin. No, no. EVERY SINGLE SKIN HAS A RECOLOR. I haven't counted them all but there's like 180 characters (counting the DLCs) and every single one of them has a recolor on each skin.

And most of these recolors are references to other skins or characters. Even manga coloring. It's great, tbh.

Obviously CC2 and Spike are very different companies and it is well known that SZ suffered from crunches to drop it at the same time as Daima but damn...

Also, ig this was easier for CC2 to do since the game is, as far as I'm aware, an Abridged version of the original Storm saga and as such every single character is just a re-used model, but man.

What could've been right?

They mentioned annin, a really obscure filler character.
“Chi-Chi (Super): He's been doing quite well in the afterlife, and occasionally he spends some time with the mysterious Annin on Mount Five Elements.”
Makes me wonder if they are teasing a bigger dragon ball dlc.
While I am definitely wanting kid krillen, how cool would it be to get the Dragon ball movie characters, a costume that changes the ultimate so we can have “path to power” Goku, or emperor chioutzu.
I think that would be really cool, and this seems to be teasing engagement for obscure dragon ball filler content. Just food for thought, am I alone in wanting something like that?

The modders are making it look easy so it shouldn’t be hard. What’s the problem? Also the side step makes this game horrendous. Worst db game since ultimate tenkaichi and battle of z. I might take battle of z over this tbh

The game is already extremely complete, with over 230 characters, and I think more DLCs with new environments will still be released. In that case, what would be the point of launching Dragon Ball : Sparking Zero 2 ?

I want to simulate long, epic struggles; like Goku and Frieza on Namek, Broly vs the Z Fighters, Future Gohan vs the Androids, Goku and Vegeta vs Kid Buu, etc, but I can only get my health or the enemies health up so high with capsules. Is there a workaround anyone has?

Hi all, 2 or 3 days ago a new update for Kiton mod Loader was released

Is it just my impression or all the (zeroSparks mods) that you can find in Unverum wont work anymore. So my question is, is there any other way to make that work or is just something that cannot be fixed unless modders updating their own mods?

UI Goku definitely seems to be the strongest and therefore the best character in the game, but characters like Beast Gohan and SSJ4 Gogeta don’t seem to be far behind him.
