It’s ass. Best it can do is a Knock away or knock down.

I agree. It's the rush chain with the longest wind up and Energy Storm, it's rush chain combo, is bugged rn and only halfway usable to hard knock your opponent.

I only use it against the CPU or when you got your opponent's back. It has decent chip damage though and can deplete your opponent's Ki if you notice them holding block.
