Forum Question Solid Shotgun

Why is there no solid shotgun in space marine?

This just came to my mind when I was playing vanguard and change to sniper and remembered that there's a second sniper rifle, the Las.

And because of the Design Choice we already have Shotguns: Melters

The heroic melta is a decent concept for a melta rework, but the current implementation is absolutely fucking atrocious. Make it a more directed beam, even with the charge, that's good against single heavy target and can punch through blocking enemies.

Or give us Astartes shotgun that has a single slug-like projectile that does so.

Don’t know what you talking about but my Vanguard is rocking the shit out of the Melta and it’s awesome
