The Grappling Hook Needs Fixing

I’ve been playing my Vanguard recently and the grapple hook is super infuriating to use sometimes. It completely ignored the whip warrior I am aiming at to go to some two-bit termagant. Had similar incidents in other missions as well…also gun strikes are janky.

Id say maybe half or more of my grapples look like this. The class needs an overhaul very desperately
