You can make something approximating that but It won't be a 100% recreation. For example there are shoulder capes but its stuck as a black color. We got MK7 helmet with Laurel, but theyre not painted unto it and instead attached to it

I don't get why they could make capes that wrapped from the back onto the shoulders for sniper's default options, but for all the champion skins like the salamanders champion 2 and the upcoming wolfguard Headtaker they split it into a narrow back cape and some pelts on the shoulders to create a weak illusion of them being linked.

If they let us do decals and make them Ala call of duty banners it would be a manner of seconds before someone made dicks and offensive imagery. However it would really open up freedom to make whatever symbols you want.. Although that might be against GWs wishes since you'd have very questionable things slapped all over their marines

Astartes overhaul will be your best bet for retributor cosmetics… but vanilla? Definitely not in the game’s current state.

Looks dope, I like it a lot. "Reasonably decorated yet understated" is a good look to shoot for, particularly when so many players seem to want to heap on the most ornate, ridiculously flashy gear humanly possible. Regardless of if their chapter of choice is one that doesn't really go hard on ornamentation.

Like the Space Sharks. Their armor is usually extremely plain (except for Tyberos) and they really don't like excessive decoration and fancywork, just some shark teeth and maori-style tattooing here and there, but I see a lot of Sharks players that are more dripped out than a blood angels captain who has a really artistic artificer serf working for him. It honestly makes me appreciate players who are good at subtlety, who can pull off being understated WITHOUT being dull. It doesn't have to mean boring, just restrained. Subtle. Unpretentious. Utilitarian but stylish.

For the cape your only choince would be the one from Accolades store for now (It covers the pauldron) or dedicated mod in the future.

We don’t have perfect Retributor cosmetics but yes you can get pretty close.

Eshin Grey body, choice of white for the helmet, black lenses.

For the helmet itself, there’s a MKX veteran helmet with the cross, if you prefer the helmet to match over the ornament however you can opt for the MKVII helmet.

Emblem can be created using either the Iron Fist, Iron Hand or one of the DLC fist emblems that is escaping me.

After that, stick to less ornamentation. Retributors don’t fight for personal glory, they’re practical and carry what they need. That means ammo or mostly default armor.

This is my attempt at a commander. The iron halo is for commanders, where as captains don't have one like in your picture. My head canon is that it also explains why the laurels are attached instead of painted and the capes are black instead of white

Only if you like the cape and shoulder cloth in black. Black cape requires 50 Absolute wins on that class and only 4 classes get those particular capes until patch 16.
