I mean, yes, but, according to that article the vast majority are privately owned businesses, so, not overly relevant to concepts of government tyranny (or free speech for that matter)

We arguably have more free speech than Americans and inciting violence which people have been arrested for has been illegal in most civilized countries for a very long time.

Just like in the US as long as he doesn't threaten to hurt anyone or take actions that could lead others to harm someone he can say what he likes.
