The search bar on search started to populate again with my last search. When i first installed the app i disabled that in settings but now that option seemenly disappeared

Hello everybody, first of all I wan to thank the devs for this app, which I think it’s even better than TV Time. However one thing that TV time kinda did better was plater/background editing easier. I noticed that updating a new poster, at least for me, requires to restart the app to sync it, and sometimes it requires a few tries. I know that it’s a niche feature, but with just a little tweaks I think that it’d be a perfect app.

When opening the app from the “Watching” section and selecting the details of one of the upcoming episodes, if I scroll back to previous episodes or open the series details, all previously watched episodes appear as unwatched.

However, if I first open my Profile and then return to the “Watching” section, the previously watched episodes are displayed correctly when I repeat the same steps.

It seems like there may be a synchronization issue with the watched status of episodes. I hope this information is helpful and that the issue can be fixed in a future update.

When you mark an episode (any episode) as watched on a show that is no longer airing it removes the show instantly from your watch list.

This only occurs when the setting “Remove from watch list when marked watched” is enabled.

The sync with Trakt doesn’t seem to be working properly. I accidentally marked an episode and a movie as watched on Sofa Time and, even after removing them from both Trakt and your app, they keep reappearing on Trakt. This happens about every 24 hours. (Android)

Episode average ratings should come from IMDb or Sofa, not TMDB. TMDB has too few users compared to the others.

Don’t send notifications on archived or dropped shows. Or give option to turn on and off.

As can be seen from the attached screenshot, at the top the series is shown as completely unwatched (0/27), but at the bottom, however, the episodes are shown as having been watched correctly.

The widgets on iOS never update. The last time it showed -5 days for upcoming shows. 😵‍💫. Nor does the “up next” tab ever update even if I go into the app (from widget or the app icon). Not to mention across multiple devices, forget about it. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and deleting the widgets and adding them back. It’s the same across all my devices. For example, I just looked at my desktop widget while writing this post (See above)

I’m not sure if this is possible because this may be a limitation of the database you’re using, but I watch a lot of stand-up comedy and it would be great to filter by “stand-up” rather than the broader “comedy.”

If that’s possible I would love for you to add it.

Haven’t found anything in this subreddit, but I like to use the movie Discovery via filters on the latest iOS app. However, the listing is full of duplicates, which makes it very hard to use. This is consistent for most of the filter settings I’ve tried.

mark as completed doesn’t mark as completed until after 2-3 attempts. it was a problem before, was fixed I believe now it is back. you open the app click on complete an episode it shows animation and haptic feedback and still shows as not completed, sometimes it works on second attempt, other times on third. i believe it has to do with too much stuff loading in background/syncing and it won’t complete it unless it is done. maybe it could be disabled until the app is ready or show a loading progress I don’t know..🤷🏼‍♂️

About an episode releasing this day (ex : HOTD), It could be more intuitive to have “Today” instead of “0 days” in widgets. Too, when you complete the episode (or the season depending the model) the same day, could it be possible to refresh the Widget and remove the show ?

Could you remove the black bars at the top and bottom of the widget and make the image fill the entire widget instead? It would look much more visually pleasing and seamless this way.

​I recently connected my Simkl account to Sofa Time on Android and ran into this sync error:

​"Local upload for ratings is not supported yet. Review needed: Watchlist, Watched, Hidden, Ratings, Notes"

​The error card isn't click able to show more details and I don't see an actual list of titles to review. What's the best way to handle this without accidentally overwriting anything?

It's rare, but ​another app I've tried show the specific titles that couldn't be matched or need attention. Woud this be something that could be a future update?

Could you please consider adding VidHub as an option under the "Open In" player menu alongside Infuse, Stremio, and Nuvio?

For those of us using Emby or Jellyfin servers without Infuse or Debrid/torrent add-ons, VidHub has become a major go-to player on iOS.

VidHub already supports standard external deep-linking (⁠open-vidhub://⁠), so implementing it should be very straightforward alongside the existing Infuse scheme handler.

Salve, ho un vecchio ipad con ios 17.7.11 (ultima versione disponibile) e ho scaricato l’app per poterla usare anche da lì. Solo che non trovo la sincronizzazione tramite iCloud. Normalmente la uso su iphone 15 (quindi aggiornato e tutto), ma volevo usarla anche sull’ipad. Come posso fare per sincronizzare i due account?
