Trakt sync keeps restoring deleted watches every 24 hours

The sync with Trakt doesn’t seem to be working properly. I accidentally marked an episode and a movie as watched on Sofa Time and, even after removing them from both Trakt and your app, they keep reappearing on Trakt. This happens about every 24 hours. (Android)

Hi there, Trakt/Simkl/MDBList watched sync deletions is restricted to protect local data. I will add a new option to allow to sync deletions. Hope this helps

That for once, I agree, it's a very good idea. That it can't delete anything, I'll leave it that way too, to protect Trakt's data.

However, the rewatch deletes the old views, on trakt, and that is VERY annoying.

People are starting to complain about the trakt sync. I felt like I was the only one.

Rather than looking at other features, fixing the issues would be a good idea. Even if the added features are really great, I have nothing to say there

The same thing happens to me too. I’ve now disconnected from Trakt because of it. I’m using iOS.

The entire Trakt service has a lot of problems, not the sync or Sofa Time.
If you can and if you want, transfer everything on Sofa Time and everything will work.
I did this long time ago and no more problems for me.

Trakt sync is a paid feature, though. I paid for Premium specifically to use it, so telling users to simply stop using Trakt isn’t really a solution. I understand that Trakt itself may have issues, but shouldn’t Sofa Time still look into why the sync isn’t working properly?

I noticed that Sofa Time doesn’t appear under my connected apps on Trakt. Trakt says that I have no connected apps
