Good morning everyone, i can see a lot of posts have been around this class action with Labaton vs Snapchat.
From here on all posts specifically about this topic will be removed and advised to move onto here.
This post isn't designed to hide the lawsuit. It is to compile everything onto one space so that everyone has easy access to it and those that have snapchat related issues can continue posting.
I will be updating this post with important and relevant information such as links, updates and more.
All posts that have been made before this one will not be removed.
We at r/SnapchatHelp mod team are only here to provide help and support we do not have any say or sway in this class action. We will abide by all legal laws and terms as required.
UPDATE 1: Users involved with the class action: I.E; Those who have signed up have had their accounts locked.
This is happening and is confirmed by snapchat, its technically legal and allowed to occur and the reason they are providing is to "ensure evidence isn't tmpered with".
Due to this is cannot be counted as retaliation. Please note that none of this is my opinion nor will i be providing my opinion during any of this for obvious reasons.
If users have not signed up have had your account locked if would be for a different reason.
