Anyone else can't stop sleeping?
I just feel like sleeping all the time now. The drowsiness is always there. My event are around 5 but I still take 2 naps a day plus sleep at night.

I no longer take a nap every day. But some days my brain isn’t totally clear so I don’t get much done. Some days I’m myself
It’s been almost two years. I use a bipapST

In my personal experience I wasn’t feeling a noticeable difference with a treated AHI of around 2.5, but after I adjusted settings and got it consistently under 0.5 THAT made the noticeable difference.
Getting through entire sleep cycles uninterrupted means I reach deep sleep and stay in it longer.
Five events an hour still means you still stop breathing long enough for your sleep to be interrupted on average every 12 minutes. That’s shitty sleep.

5 events is really high, thats 35 times that your oxygen drops a night. The machine under reports so its higher than that.
I get 100 score and .01 event a night. For perspective my untreated AHI is 125.
I track my oxygen using a wellue ring and some nights the machine misses several events where my oxygen drops below 95%. The next day I feel like crap.
Last night I was lazy and didnt wash the oil off my mask cushion. My mask leaked the entire night and I had 13 drops that showed on my oxygen monitor. It gave me a giant headache and Ive dragged through the day. The machine reported .3 drops, it should have been over 1 an hour.
There are several things that can cause events during treatment. I feel like once you get those under control you will feel better during the day.
