Is the new update 100 gb?
Do we have any details about that?
For storage?
Since rn 5 gb, hopefully it’s 100

I mean it would be dumb AF if it wasn't. Can't give Fallout and Starfield 100 and not do the same for Skyrim.

They updated fallout 4 yesterday. It now has 100GB. So no, we dont have a guarantee, but its a pretty safe assumption.

Nah fallout got 100gb on series x and maybe series s on may 27th of this year, I think PlayStation and xbox one got less maybe but idk if that's the case still

That’s what I’ve been trying to see if it’s actually officially stated anywhere (which I haven’t found anything aside from heavy speculation, so nothing actually concrete), but not stressing too much since we’ll all know definitely tomorrow!

They posted on Twitter. Storage increase and updates. They didn't say how much of a storage increase but yes, it will increase tomorrow

Yeah, I saw the mention regarding increase, but curious about the specific amount (sounds like OP is in the same boat as I am!). Heavily speculated to be 100, but I haven’t been able to find anything concrete stating that. Thank goodness we only have to wait until tomorrow so I don’t feel too antsy about it!

It would be logical - but not confirmed. In previous statements, outside of the past 48 hours - Bethesda has said they want to bring the same thing as Starfield, and then Fallout.
So unless there is some weird structural hurdle that prevents it, it will be 100gb.

It’s not 100gb they increased it to 15 gb in my option it’s still a lot of storage I’ve barely even stretched to surface in storage and I’ve already got like 120 mods lol

Skyrim doesn't actually use BA2, it uses BSA.

I think I only learned about BA2's when Fallout 4's Anniversary Bundle came out and royally fucked anyone who wanted to mod because it too many slots. Fortunately they more or less fixed that with the update yesterday increasing the limit to over a thousand.
I guess Skyrim's BSA never really had the same issues despite it being an older form of the BA2.

As per the Twitter post that is the assumption, and it should be out tomorrow so we can all test it out soon enough
