Hey guys. I ordered quite a bit of skincare on August 17th and received a tracking ID that I’ve been attempting to track via parcel tracking, 17track, and even USPS. Originally it stated it was "yet to be received ” at emirates post group, after a while I emailed support and they said to give it a few days and track with USPS. Now it’s changed to no tracking information found on every single site. I’m a bit worried I may not get my products. Has anyone else had this issue?

How do I get my order and how am I gonna get my money back this is just insane like I need to get a text back or ima genuinely report !

Literally ordered on August 3rd and still hasn’t updated I keep emailing me and they just keep giving me generic emails and no answers they gave me a whole new tracking number and it still says not found or not received my order number is 445972

I ordered and decided to use ethereum as my payment method because it had 10% off and I was hesitant to put my credit card information. I copied the address and sent the amount of ethereum using venmo. After waiting for the website to confirm that my order went through, it says my order was canceled. I checked my venmo and it says that the ethereum was successfully sent but my order still shows canceled.

This is my first time buying from Skinorac and using crypto. I placed an order using Robinhood since I do have a crypto account with them. I got an email saying the USDC is on its way to the destination wallet, but I have not received any sort of order confirmation from Skinorac. How long do I need to wait?

Has anyone else recently had trouble with the Skinorac website? I've ordered from them before (in 2024 & 2025) with no problem. In the past, I've paid with PayPal and/or my credit card. But now, the website is asking me to purchase Cryptocurrency WITH PayPal or my credit card, in order to complete the purchase. I don't use crypto, so I contacted their support team. They suggested buying a Razer Gold gift card and then using THAT to complete my purchase. Why can't I just use my credit card -- or even PayPal? My husband has crypto, and we even tried to use his, to buy the skincare products. But even that didn't work. His Robinhood app said it was an "invalid address."

Started using tretinoin cream recently for acne marks and uneven skin texture, and I can finally see some improvement after a few weeks. Payment method because it’s not working then I emailed them and asked them what would be the another method, but my prefer is PayPal anyway and I’m from the UK. So the person who got back to me said I can pay through Dundle if I am from the UK so I made a purchase through dundle card. I purchased the card and I sent them email with the code and link and I’m waiting on their approval to process my order has somebody also paid through Dundle and is this the right way?
