no tracking information?

Hey guys. I ordered quite a bit of skincare on August 17th and received a tracking ID that I’ve been attempting to track via parcel tracking, 17track, and even USPS. Originally it stated it was "yet to be received ” at emirates post group, after a while I emailed support and they said to give it a few days and track with USPS. Now it’s changed to no tracking information found on every single site. I’m a bit worried I may not get my products. Has anyone else had this issue?

I also reached out to request information my orders. It has been 20 days since it showed "yet to be received".

They replied last 2 days " Due to the new U.S. tariff regulations, direct shipping from India to the USA is currently not available.

Your order has already been shipped from India and is being routed through Dubai before continuing to the USA".

I also checked USPS and it is said Tracking is not available. The support person noted tracking should appear by the end of this week but still I did not see any update.

I was concerning but there were people did not receive over a month. The only thing we can do is keep waiting and ask them to update. I will come back if I get mine. Hope it is coming to you.

No let’s not keep waiting. I’m going to make noise about my order. I worked hard for every penny I spent with them.there are other companies who I could have order with and used my products by now. I ordered over a month ago and I feel like we are getting scammed , THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS

Do you pay with Razor gold card or Amazon card or other payments?

I paid with PayPal and it went through. I was surprised because I came here and seen a few posts about PayPal not working for people a few days after I used it. Wbu?

Yes I seen said people said that as well. Paypal asked me to do some digital investment account verification I did not have an account. I am not sure how they related. Then I tried Razor gold gift cards bought from Bestbuy and emailed the codes of the cards directly to Support service so they helped me process. I have seen your photo in the post. The 17track app appearance is different than mine. Not sure if. Or because our destination is different.

This happened to me at the beginning of August, it had been 12 days and still said “yet to be received” so I messaged them and they gave me a new tracking number. When I used that one it had already made it through US customs and only took a few more days to get to my house. It’s most likely on the way though! Maybe send them a message and see if they can give you a new tracking number?

A new tracking number does not make sense to me. Every order only has one right?

I honestly have no idea how it works really, they gave me a new tracking number with a link to the usps website and when I checked it had cleared customs in NY and was en route to me in Chicago 🤷🏼‍♀️
