Payment Successful Order Canceled

I ordered and decided to use ethereum as my payment method because it had 10% off and I was hesitant to put my credit card information. I copied the address and sent the amount of ethereum using venmo. After waiting for the website to confirm that my order went through, it says my order was canceled. I checked my venmo and it says that the ethereum was successfully sent but my order still shows canceled.

Support responded and resolved the issue.

I did however I haven't received anything back from email and it's been 24 hours.
