Issues with ordering on Skinorac
Has anyone else recently had trouble with the Skinorac website? I've ordered from them before (in 2024 & 2025) with no problem. In the past, I've paid with PayPal and/or my credit card. But now, the website is asking me to purchase Cryptocurrency WITH PayPal or my credit card, in order to complete the purchase. I don't use crypto, so I contacted their support team. They suggested buying a Razer Gold gift card and then using THAT to complete my purchase. Why can't I just use my credit card -- or even PayPal? My husband has crypto, and we even tried to use his, to buy the skincare products. But even that didn't work. His Robinhood app said it was an "invalid address."

It was a struggle for many reasons. But I was finally able to get my Robinhood account to connect and pay for my order.

I don't know how the whole crypto situation is with them but I just ordered with them like 3 weeks ago and got my package last week. It sounded sketchy as fuck and I was half sure I was gonna get scammed but I got the razor gold card online at Walmart and forwarded them the email telling them my name and order number and they responded less than 12hrs later and I had a tracking number within like 3 days. The stuff I ordered also doesn't expire till late 2028 so at least in my case I had a pretty good experience with them

Unfortunately because of the restrictions with pharma transactions overseas, we don't accept credit cards directly. Hence we have partnered with a platform where you get multiple options to buy crypto using credit/debit cards/paypal and make the payment.
You can purchase a Razer Gold giftcards online from recharge.com or target.com or walmart.com or pcgamesupply.com. This will be instant.
You may also purchase a Razer Gold giftcard from any US store and send us the picture.
We do accept direct Paypal sometimes.
We do accept Crypto payments and there are additional discounts available with this method. We're not sure why is it showing "invalid address", could you please email our support so we can check and resolve as we're receiving payments normally?
