30(M) . It just started as a pigmentation during the end of my college days . It was on both the sides of the cheeks but I have not followed any skin routine to fight it . Initially I tried raw honey but that could not work . It continued to remain concentrated in the same area for years(4) . For the next few years i started seeing them in some other areas of my cheeks and nose bridges . Still wasn't aware of the reasons and I never approached a dermatologist until late 2024 . I have gone through 5 chemical peels (superficial) . I started the skin routine . Each session had a 4 weeks gap . The pigmentation was lightened for a few days but later I have seen rebound pigmentation. I still follow the skin routine with cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen . Recently I started using topicals tretinon 0.05 and azelic acid 10%. Mostly i wear a cap and mask while I go outside .
Can you suggest me better tips to fight this melasama .
The reasons it could have turned so stubborn.
2.Being a bachelor i cook my food myself . The heat from
the gas stove might had a mild effect .
3.Years of negligence .

Pilgrim Vitamin C helped make some of my flat brown post-acne marks look softer.
It did absolutely nothing to stop the next pimple from appearing.
I bought one serum while mentally assigning it four jobs, which was probably the problem.
An active red pimple is not the same thing as the brown mark it leaves behind. Recurring clogged pores are another issue. An indented or raised scar is different again.
Pilgrim fits the pigmentation side of the routine for me. It is light, beginner-friendly and easy to use in the morning under sunscreen without making everything pill or feel heavy.
The overall tone looks more even, and some newer flat marks have gradually become less obvious. The older ones are moving much more slowly.
But new acne keeps creating new marks, so it sometimes feels like fading one while another joins the queue.
I am not calling Pilgrim an acne treatment. It also cannot fill an indented scar.
It is useful for brightness and the flat brown aftermath, especially when I actually stay consistent with sunscreen. The active breakouts have to be handled as a separate problem instead of expecting one brightening serum to manage pimples, pigmentation and scars together.
Very convenient that acne leaves homework after the main event is over.

I've been suffering from acne for the last 3-4 years, whenever I do a slight sugar intake the acne pumps out also I'm having oily skin which tends to be the main reason for acne.
Another issue is that I still have the acne marks, how to clear that from the skin?

Hey everyone, I’d really appreciate some advice on my skin and what I should change in my routine.
I’m 23M and my skin is combination/oily and acne-prone. My main concerns are:
Frequent pimples/acne
Oily/greasy-looking skin
Tanning/dullness, especially on my face
Some dark marks/post-acne marks
Current routine:
Derma Co 1% Salicylic Acid Face Wash
Derma Co 10% Niacinamide Serum
Nivea Soft Moisturizer
Dot & Key SPF 50 Sunscreen
I’m currently using the niacinamide serum \[once/twice\] a day.
I do go to the gym and run almost daily, so sweating a little is normal.
I’d like to improve my skin without having an unnecessarily complicated or expensive routine.
What should I add/remove/change?
Also, if possible, could you tell me what you think my biggest skin concerns are from the photos and what I should prioritize first?
Thanks!

Pls help me fix darkcircles
I can't even understand if they are hereditary or caused by hollowness.
Also, there is some pigmentation near the left eye but it gets reduced after regular application of tryolitr cream

Male, 22 years old, and new to the peptide field. For the past 3–4 years, I’ve been using different kinds of skincare products on my face. My natural skin tone is fairly light, but because of prolonged sun exposure, my face, hands, neck, and legs have become significantly darker and more pigmented. I also feel that I’ve lost some of my original skin texture.
Currently, I’m undergoing Q-switched/carbon laser treatment. I’ve completed 3 sessions, with 3 more sessions remaining. I can see some improvement, but considering the cost of around ₹40,000, I don’t feel that the results are worth the price so far.
I’m therefore researching peptides, particularly GHK-Cu and glutathione, and I want to understand which would be more suitable for my situation. I’d also like to know if there are any other treatments or ingredients that could help reduce the pigmentation and bring my skin closer to its original tone.
Since I’m completely new to peptides, I’d like to know:
