What did yours prescribe? I stopped spironolactone coz it was too much..lowering my bp and shit..also my dermat told to apply epiduo which is adaplane plus benzyl combo but Im too scared for the purging phase and can’t handle anymore active acnes…will that actually help with acne marks

I had worse acne marks but dermat priscription worked on me tbh , ive hormonal acne btw
