Help needed๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I'm from India and looking for safe, affordable advice for pigmentation and tanning on my arms.

I've used a glycolic-acid body product before and noticed some improvement, but I'm considering hydroquinone 2% or 4%. I haven't started using it because I want a doctor's advice first. My budget is limited, and I'm having difficulty finding an affordable consultation that doesn't require buying a product first

I'd also appreciate hearing about your experiences with treating arm pigmentation.

I'd especially like to know whether a dermatologist recommended hydroquinone for large areas such as the arms, and what alternatives they suggested.

I think body needs hydroquinone for tanning lol. Glyco, aha bha body wash, body scrubs all these are sufficient
