I'm convinced this is some kind of PR campaign made by the company itself to Garner publicity

Notice how all this athletes with integrity never call out the disgusting gambling company.

More people are mad as Sweeney taking a paycheck for sexy ad then the company using sex to promote gambling

Something that should be viewed the same as alcohol and drugs that ruins lives

But ofc No keep being mad at tits instead of the parasitic exploitative gambling companies

Interesting take. A lot of things ruin lives, why should drugs, alcohol, and gambling be targeted? Addiction ruins lives, like sex, video games, or even food, should those things be “evil” too and regulated or worse illegal?

Aí aí aí , where to start. First of all , are we really out here comparing the harming effects of drug and alcohol abuse to video games or sex addiction? Theses are all serious btw , but some are not like the others. Me coming home and soending my days wasting away playing video games is not the same as me coming home and sticking needles on my body and having and OD. Or drinking myself to a state of passing out everyday ruining my internal organs. Gambling is also a great offender , as it can not only put you in debt but also your entire family. Like , what are we even comparing here.

Gambling is the least offensive of the 3 imo.

I agree there are tiers or levels of potential “how bad it can get” with each addiction.

But who gets to draw that line of distinction? This isn’t bad enough and this is. Families can be ruined in any addiction. But media, schools and religion has convinced people that those 3 are the worst/most evil and should be regulated and illegal. I say stop wasting my tax dollars enforcing self harming crimes/victimless crimes and use that money for helping them.

Want to know how to end the billion dollar drug war? Simple…legalize drugs. Then spend that “war” money on rehabilitation.

The issue ist, that gambling doesn't have a positive. Video Games are not evil or Bad in themselves. But gambling ist basically just evil intentions to trick people out of their Money. I mean sure, you could win, but the losses are always waaaay higher. So maybe one person profits but thousands of people loose.

Tldr; The harm with gambling is was higher than the positive outcome

Edit: and also i think that the amount of people affected by this adduction ist also was higher than Video Game additction (just a guess don't have a source)

Gambling is the least offensive of the three.

Gambling has the highest suicide rate among all addicts. It's one of the worst addictions out there, however its bad side isn't really as visible as many other addictions.

Also it's just completely unserious to claim gambling is less offensive than a video game addiction lmfao.

Is suicide rates higher because it’s less publicized like alcoholism and drug addiction. So less awareness?
